A wood-toned izakaya tucked in a basement near Shimbashi Station, built around a robata charcoal grill and a wall of sake bottles from across Japan. Part of the Yakio Group, it has served seafood-and-sake izakaya fare since opening in September 2017. Fish and oysters arrive fresh each morning from Toyosu Market, served as sashimi, seared toro shime-saba, and charcoal-grilled saikyo-yaki, alongside a rotating selection of over 70 sake labels from 46 prefectures. Semi-private partitioned booths and a counter suit both solo diners and larger izakaya parties.
