Tucked in the basement of Ravina Shinbashi, four minutes from Shinbashi Station, Torisato Bettei is a dignified hideaway built around a long chef's counter and fully enclosed private rooms finished in black tones. It is the annex of the Torisato yakitori group run by LA Kitchen, known for same-day prep and a grill master working skewers of carefully sourced branded chicken over charcoal. The set course moves from grated daikon and thigh meat through rare cuts, Saikyo-miso chicken and a signature grilled wing, finishing with rice and a rich house pudding.
