A Tokyo outpost of Kyoto's popular Ajoshi Korean restaurant group, which opened in Toranomon in October 2022 after a decade running locations across Kyoto. The interior is stylish and calm, mixing counter and sofa seating with private rooms for small groups. The signature dish is hand-pulled Kyoto-style cold noodles (naengmyeon), made to order from freshly milled flour and served in a fragrant beef-and-vegetable golden broth. The house is also known for its original Ajoshi hotpot, simmering ox tripe, tender Kyotamba pork and vegetables in a sweet-spicy sauce alongside Korean rolled egg, backed by a full lineup of makgeolli, Chamisul soju and whisky highballs.
