unis is an intimate 8-seat chef's table tucked inside Toranomon Hills Garden House, built exclusively for milestone celebrations. Guests sit at a single curved counter facing the open kitchen while a synchronized video, sound and lighting installation by creative director Seiichi Saito (Panoramaticks) turns each course into a five-senses moment from the moment the door opens. The modern French cuisine is built around seasonal ingredients sourced directly from producers across Japan, pairing precise French technique with a lighter, more restrained Japanese sensibility. Open since December 2020, unis relaunched this year as a "second chapter" under a renewed kitchen and service team led by chef Genta Kuranaga, pastry chef Yoshihiko Tominaga and sommelier-director Taito Watanabe.
