GYU-SEI Ueno is a calm, adult-toned yakiniku spot two minutes from Ueno Station on Ueno Nakadori, above a convenience store. Formerly known as Gyuzo, it seats 88 across sofa booths and tables, with banquet space for up to 100 guests. The kitchen specializes in domestic Japanese wagyu, from thick-cut sirloin and tongue to its signature negi-tan-shio (salted tongue with green onion), alongside an all-you-can-eat course with two hours of free-flow drinks. Korean-style soups, noodles, and sides round out the menu.
