The original Nandhini restaurant, open since February 2015 near the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. Eight South Indian chefs, each trained since their teenage years, prepare authentic South Indian dishes that are still rare in Japan, from vegetarian "meals" sets and regional curries to South Indian dosa, plus Indian-Chinese fusion noodles. The extensive menu spans specialties from across South India, served in a casual 36-seat neighborhood dining room with a full bar.
