ARiSE COFFEE PATTANA

A minimalist coffee stand tucked inside TOKYOBIKE TOKYO, the bicycle brand's flagship store set in a converted warehouse that stood for over half a century in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. The interior was designed by Torafu Architects, and visitors can sip coffee on the building's large shared staircase, surrounded by bicycles on the ground floor and greenery above. Run by well-known local roaster ARiSE COFFEE ROASTERS, whose original shop and roastery is a short walk away, the stand rotates single-origin beans (often from Asia) for its hand-drip coffee, served alongside fresh bread from neighborhood bakery Kotoripan.
