The spotless interior is run by a busy Nepalese kitchen and floor staff, part of the wider Satkar chain, and spices and ingredients are imported directly from India. The menu spans some 26 curries — from a creamy tomato-based butter chicken to a coconut seafood curry — plus tandoori grills, naan and set meals, with spice levels adjustable from mild to very hot.
