A compact takeout counter a few steps from the original Umegaoka shop where Sushi no Midori began. There is no seating: customers queue at the glass cases and order across the counter while the chefs work behind them. The space is split into three corners, one for creative sushi with inventive modern pieces, one delicatessen of chef-made side dishes, and one for bento boxes. Fish arrives direct from Toyosu, and the staples are honmaguro bluefin tuna, the shop's original anago sushi and saba bo-zushi, alongside large sharing platters that are ordered a day in advance.
